New Champagne-like Cider on Tap

The Red Apple Flyer Cider has changed! Why? Because the apple concentrate that is shipped to Three Rivers from England is different.

The next time you get a pint of cider you will notice that the color is slightly lighter — a straw-like golden color. Take a whiff and you’ll receive an almost wine-like apple aroma. When you take a sip, you will taste a drier and less sweet cider than in the past. The higher attenuation that this concentrate produces makes for a drier and lighter (in both color and body) cider.  Because this cider retains less residual sweetness than previously, the apple flavor comes across as slightly subdued. The mouthfeel and body are also lighter, and the finish crisper and drier. It is much more like apple champagne than ever before.

Red Apple Flyer Cider Extra Brut anyone?
