Artichoke Heart Fritters
     Crispy fried, Italian breaded artichoke hearts served with our homemade basil-garlic aioli.

Cajun Fried Frog Legs
     Paired frog legs soaked in buttermilk then hand-breaded fresh to order in a cajun spiced flaky flour breading. Served with a white wine garlic cream sauce or our Dijon mustard sauce.

Tempura Crab Cakes
     Real Blue Crab claw meat prepared like a classic east coast crab cake then tempura battered and fried to a crisp golden brown perfection, served with our wasabi-lime aioli.

Onion Rings
    
Beer battered onion rings stacked sky-high on a stainless steel pole and served with ranch dressing.

Brewhouse Nachos
    
Tortilla chips, black beans, melted cheddar-jack cheese, tomatoes, jalapenos, scallions, black olives and served with your choice of salsa: our traditional red or our salsa verde. Additions: spicy shredded beef, grilled chicken, sour cream, and guacamole.

Calamari
    
Calamari steak fingers hand breaded with our Southwest spice blend and Japanese bread crumbs and served with cocktail sauce.

Insalata Caprese
    
Sliced fresh mozzarella, roma tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and fresh basil chiffonade; drizzled with our balsamic gastrique. Served with assorted crackers.

Cheese Stickes
    
“Beer-battered” cheese sticks served with marinara.

Homemade Potato Skins
    
Potato skins topped with melted cheddar-jack cheese, real bacon bits, and a side of sour cream & chives. Additions: green chile and mushrooms.

Hot Wings
    
Ten wings served with celery sticks and ranch dressing. Choose from our sweet and spicy honey glaze or our traditional hot wing sauce. Want it hotter? We have an “ATOMIC!” sauce.

Quesadillas
    
Cheddar-jack cheese, green chile, & black beans sandwiched in a grilled flour tortilla and topped with melted cheese & pico de gallo. Served with sour cream and your choice of red or green salsa. Additions: meat or guacamole. Petite Order Available. 

Spinach & Artichoke Dip
    
Warm spinach and artichoke hearts in a creamy parmesan cheese dip. Served with warm pita bread, tortilla chips & lahvosh crackers.

Covered & Smothered Chile Cheese Fries
    
Our Brew City fries covered in our homemade port green chile sauce & smothered with melted cheddar-jack cheese. Served with ranch dressing. 

Chips & Salsa
    
A colorful mixture of flavorful tortilla chips served with your choice of our homemade salsas: our traditional red or our salsa verde. Additions: sour cream, guacamole, or Hella Haba Dip.
