Entrees are served with your choice of two of the following sides: baked potato (after 5pm), rice pilaf,  Brew City fries, mashed potatoes & gravy, homemade dill & redskin potato salad, today’s vegetable, applesauce, black beans, cole slaw, a cup of soup, cottage cheese, or chips and salsa.

Substitutions: Onion rings or a house salad

Additions: Works baked potato (sour cream, chives, bacon bits, and cheddar-jack cheese)

Certified Angus Beef Steak Selection Toppers
    
All steaks hand cut and perfectly grilled to your desired temp. Choose from the following toppers…

  • House Demi-Glace a homemade traditional Demi-Glace infused with our Scotch beer, fresh rosemary, and lemongrass
  • Au Poivre peppercorn encrusted
  • Southwestern Smothered our homemade green chile sauce and melted cheddar-jack cheese

Drunken Steak
    
A ribeye soaked for 3 days in our secret marinade using our house brew and imported French mustard. A MUST TRY!

Filet Mignon
    
Bacon wrapped beef tenderloin hand cut and grilled to perfection.

Top Sirloin Steak
    
A melt-in-your-mouth top sirloin steak grilled to your liking

3RB’s House Chopped Steak
    
Dry aged chopped beef hand made and grilled to perfection. Smothered in our homemade wild mushroom beef gravy. Served with mashed potatoes and today’s vegetables.

Chicken-Fried Steak
    
A huge hand breaded “Certified Angus Beef” cube steak topped with country gravy. Served with homemade mashed potatoes and today’s vegetable.

“NEW” Ultra Lean Bison Tenderloin
    
Grilled to your specification and complimented with our house demi-glace served with today’s vegetable and rice pilaf.

“NEW” Port Osso Buco
    
Slow braised pork shank, traditionally prepared and smothered with a demi-glace and vegetable sauce, served with our homemade mashed potatoes and today’s vegetable.

St. Louis Pork Ribs
    
St. Louis-style ribs soaked in our house marinade, braised and then grilled with our homemade Hopscotch Ale BBQ sauce, our sweet and spicy honey glaze or Thai sauce.

Fish & Shrimp Platter
    
Beer battered Pollock and shrimp served with fries, coleslaw, cocktail sauce & tarter sauce.

Beer-Battered Shrimp & Chips
    
A pile of of beer-battered shrimp served with fries, cole slaw, and cocktail sauce.

Salsa Verde Chicken
    
Two chicken breasts topped with our salsa verde and melted cheddar-jack cheese. Garnished with diced tomatoes and chopped scallions.

Thai Grilled Ahi
    
An #1 Ahi fillet (fished near Fiji) grilled and glazed in a sweet & spicy chile sauce. Topped with grilled pineapple rings. Served with rice pilaf and today’s vegetables. Pan seared upon request

Scottish Salmon
    
A Scottish salmon fillet grilled to tep and either pecan encrusted or honey & herb glazed. Served with rice pilaf and today’s vegetable. Pan seared upon request.

    This place ROCKS! Great food for the whole family and the toppings for the pizza are unbelievable. The fish and chips and the Albq. Turkey are among my family’s favs.
