     Crawfish, Andouille sausage, shrimp, crab legs, corn on the cob, and mini roasted potatoes, and now also included; little neck clams and button mushrooms. It’s all tossed in our Cajun spice blend and thrown right on your table for you to enjoy.

Traditional corn chowder jazzed up with local southwest flair.

Tequila Flank Steak Pita
    
Grilled thinly sliced flank steak marinated in Tequila, fresh squeezed lime juice, garlic, cilantro, and other fresh herbs. Served in a pita with lettuce, tomatoes, diced cucumber, and our cilantro-lime dressing.

Prime Rib
     Slow-roasted and crusted with 3 Rivers’ secret rib-rub of spices, herbs, and housebrew. Served with steamed vegetables, baked potato, au jus, and a creamy horseradish sauce.
