Mother’s Milk Stout is just that, a Milk Stout. Milk Stouts are a variation on the British style of sweet stout. “Milk” Stout refers to the use of milk sugar (Lactose) to give the beer a softer, sweeter finish. Short Bus
The Bus is a ” Special Pale” ale. It’s called a special pale because it is a classic English style pale ale. The malt emphasis is on what the British would call “bicuity”, a nutty, toasted type of character. The hops are all English varieties. This pale ale is less assertively hopped than our IPA, though it is made in the style that originally inspired the IPA. A.B.V. 4.8%
